It's too bad Scott Barnes didn't make shades like that!
For MAC recs, I'd recommend a frosty base like Stillife, Overcast, or Frostlite, then follow up with a sheer wash of Metamorph, then highlight with Pollen or Shroom.
Thinly line with Smolder, add some individual lashes (or half a lash strip for a more dramatic look) focused around the outer corners, with a few on the rest of the eye, and pile on the mascara (Not MAC, but I think Max Factor's 2000 Calorie would get the same look)
Lightly buff the forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin with Golden bronzing powder then highlight the cheekbones with Ice Iridescent pressed powder (I think this may be LE, but you could substitute any slightly pink shimmer).
For the lips, use Subculture if it matches your skin tone, otherwise, leave them unlined and use a pinky-nude color like Viva Glam V.
For her brows, it looks like they used a color like Espresso, but use a shadow closer to your own hair color.
