Ok, so my friend is wearing that dress tomorrow, and she wants me to do her makeup, and I'm completely out of ideas. Can someone help me... please?

Ok, so my friend is wearing that dress tomorrow, and she wants me to do her makeup, and I'm completely out of ideas. Can someone help me... please?

hmm..i think you could actually do blue eye makeup, as long as you don't overdo it.
say maybe overcast shadestick as a base (or some other neutral color), and maybe an allover wash of sparkly white or silver, just nothing TOO flashy. and then an accent of blue (freshwater e/s or blue pigment) in the outer crease. blend the blue into the white or silver. an accent of blue could be complementary, you just don't want it to be overkill, since the dress is so vibrant, nor do you want to detract from the detailing on the dress. the rest of the face can be pretty minimal, foundation, a light, natural toned blush with minimal shimmer, and glossy, cool-toned pink lips. big black lashes. i say go for a blue accent on the eyes, because i don't really see any other color working well..
