What is on the lips?
And do you think she teased her hair at the front?

her hair definately looks like it's been teased a little. here's what i'd suggest for the rest of the look:

MAC Beige-ing s/s (base)
MAC All that Glitters e/s (lid)
MAC Naked Lunch e/s (crease)
MAC Vanilla pigment (highlight)
MAC Blacktrack f/l (liner)
MAC Gilded White e/l (waterline)
mascara of your choice
MAC Gingerly blush (hollows of cheeks)
MAC Cheek blush (apples of cheeks)
MAC Love-in laquer (lips)

hair is definitely teased. i think either of the eyes and chheks you mentioned are possible. not sure about the lips

Honestly MAC Shroom + MAC kid on the lid with a touch of vanilla pigment give me that look.
