i'm in LOVE with the color plumage has but i don't know where to begin on what to pair it with... Can you guys PLEASE give me some ideas? thanx ahead of time!

it works well with shimmermoss and zonk bleu!
it also looks beautiful blended into a silver lid shade.
i love it as well, it's one of the first shadows i bought.

Plumage is one of my most coveted eyeshadows! As alluded to above, it goes GORGEOUS with teals and greens! Think along the lines of Steamy, Shimmermoss, Surreal, Aquadisiac, Brill, and also light matte greens... and I would imagine it would pair nicely with silvers for an icy yet dramatic silvery blue smokey look.

I use it with Parrot, Swimming, and Wondergrass.
It is awesome with greens and teals, yes, but I find it difficult to work with. Something about MAC's matte shadows, they are just so hard to blend. It takes ages, but Plumage is gorgeous, so it's worth the time put into it.

I bought this because it looked beautiful in the pan! The MAC MA said that all those greens and blues mentioned above would look beautiful with it. I have no blues or greens (yet), but I like to use it with some of my nudes, such as woodwinked or all that glitters all over the lid and plumage in outer v. At the store the MA used sable all over the lid, tete-a-tint in the crease and plumage in the corners/outer-v and that looked pretty also.
It can be tricky to blend so that you dont look like you have a bruised eye, but using the 217 or 224 brush helped to blend it in.

I love Plumage! I wear it with Brill, Steamy, Haunting, Big T, Aquadisiac... any teal shades. I also love it paired with 2 shadows from the Strange Hybrid collection, Rose Blanc and Moonflower. I wear Plumage ALOT!
