PLZ help me re-create this look!!

damn i love that haircolor!
heres what i think...
eyes-
shroom or naked lunch all over eye
print e/s or anti-establishment e/s on both top and bottom of eye bleneded outwards and up wards on top eye and using a blending brush dusted outwards on the bottom of eye
using blacktrack or blitz and glitz fludiner line the top eye and line the bottom of eye closely to the lashline
cheeks-
dolly mix blush
lips-
lipliner in cedar to line the lips and then smudge some in the middle of your lips
top that with mac clear lipgloss
