Possibly fake golden lemon pigment?

So, I'm dumb and bought a Golden Lemon pigment from an etailer I know nothing about. When I got the pigment the box looked weird to me and had obviously been opened. The insert is only in French and the bottom of the jar only has the number A18, no name for the pigment. I've got a bad feeling about this (sorry, no pics)

Well, A18 means it's the first production run of January 2008 so I think that in itself means it's a fake. Either that or your etailer is a time traveller. Ask them for next week's lottery numbers to be sure!
