I use clinique gel bronzer (on top of my spf moisturizer) for a healthy glowy look. It doesn't cake up like a powder does and I don't have to use much concealer when I have it on.

Mainly, avoid powders in hot weather. They cake up, move, get into lines, and just shift on the face. Ick.

For summer makeup I use:
Mac Select tint with a light dusting of blot powder, I also use oil absorbing sheets during the day. For Blush, I use Mac's ladyblush blushcreme and it says on forever (I use loose powder of it so it will stay). I don't use waterproof mascara, but Benefit badgal lash does flake or leave black marks under my eyes. For gloss, I love Theblam BalmShelter SPF 17 Tinted Gloss. It is a wonderful gloss!
I hope that helped!

I love to use gel or liquid stains on cheeks/lips. Like blushes from Tarte, Benefit's Benetint, and various other lip and cheek stains. They stay on forever! Also I think Bourjois has waterproof eyeshadows, but I haven't tried them. I love Maybellines Full N Soft Waterproof, and Max Factors 2000 Calorie Aqua Lash.

I was and tone with Arbornne.
I used Becca Mattifying Prime and focus on my t-zone and eyes.
I then mix a little acne cream and sunblock together.
I use Mac Tinted Moisturizer.
I spritz my 145 with Ben Nye Final Seal and dip in my Becca Finishing powder to set my face make up.
As far as e/s, I use UD Primer Potion and apply my eyes as usual.

In really hot climates my makeup slides off my face or sinks into my skin (yuck) so I dont bother wearing any apart from a tinted lipbalm until nighttime. Last year in Italy, I accidentally got a tan and I smudged Aqualine LLL on my eyelid, looked gorgeous with my tan and stayed put all night.

I like to use either tinted moisturizer, or mineral foundation for my face. Then I dust bronzer on top...a great way to either fake, or accentuate a tan! I like peachy/pink glosses for lips, and my eyes...I don't do too much, unless I am going out. Then I do the whole deal on eyes.

Water-based foundation (you sweat straight through it), Blacktrack Fluidline, Too Faced Lash Injection mascara.

My magic trio.

When I was in France and Italy a few years ago during the big heatwave, I didn't even bother with makeup! However, there were a couple nights where our tour group was going somewhere nice and I needed to take my look up a notch. I used Tarte Smooth Operator, MAC Blot Powder, Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof, and a lip and cheek stain (either The Body Shop or Stila).
