Coreen, Yes is is LE.

It's my most favorite lipglass and I bought a backup when it was available. Since it's been getting HTF I have been scouring the sale ads and picking them up when I find them. I LOVE PRECOCIOUS!

Damn, it always seems like I find a HG and it disapears on me!
