pressing pigments - what fluids can be used?

when pressing pigments i noticed that they are quite dusty as soon as they're dried and can be easily "blown away".

so i'm wondering whether its because of less pressure used or because it's just not sticky enough.
anyone tried pressing pigments with something else than alcohol. mixing medium for example?
