Pretty Girls

I thought this was funny so I decided to share.

I sent my friend the following email:

When I look through my forum I am really kind of blown away at how pretty some of these girls are. Take a look. I feel like a troll in comparison! LOL....just kidding. I'm FLY!!!!....just kidding.....LOL!!!

So I included pics of OliveButtercup, Rachie, Stacey and Prppygrl69 as examples of what I meant.

She sent me this as a reply. LOL!!!

Dude, don't send me anymore of these damn pictures. I AM a troll in comparison and it is totally embarassing to look at them and then look in the mirror. I told you I just looked at my college photo and thought, UGH how UGGGGLY, Damn!!!!

I couldn't stop laughing. She's so stupid! Even as I am posting this I am cracking up laughing. I just thought I'd share. (I really can't stop laughing

)

EDITED: Okay okay okay.....people may not get the humor in that. I see people are reading it but no one is replying. I do have a unique sense of humor, it has been said, but the bottom line is that my friend was being silly, part serious, but silly. She's hardly a troll. And the fact is that there are a lot of beautiful women on this forum.

LOL! I agree with your friend sometimes... I used to feel like that when I'd go into dillards and all the women were just totally perfect looking makeup wise -I felt like a wannabe. I don't feel that bad now specktra has helped me out. Now I get compliments on my makeup <grin> Although all these teens and young twenties...make me miss the good ole' days.

aziajs your make up always looks so nice,and your pretty tooooooooo.when you said you included me i was "HUH?!?!" i shouldn't have been included haha.do you need glasses?!yeah everyone on here is beautiful look at jude and sonrisa.GAWDgus lol.and joy i feel the same exact way when i walk into dillards,shooooo just the mall in general.but then again i'm like paranoid i think everyone has a starring problem n then they should just die if their looking at me and thinking something bad lol.buuuut anyways i think you got my point lol

Thanks for the compliments but I really didn't post the topic to fish for compliments (not to suugest that you were less than genuine). I wasn't like, "Oh...woe is me. I am so ugly and and everyone should pity me and tell me I am pretty." LOL!!! I was really just sharing with my friend that I thought a lot of the girls on here are really pretty. And it was kind of a moment between she and I that I thought was really funny and that people could relate to. So I am glad that you and joytheobscure could relate to it.

No one was replying so I thought either people didn't see the humor in it or they didn't relate or agree with what I was saying. I just thought that was crazy cuz I couldn't have been the only one to notice it. Just read the comments in the FOTDs.

yeah i know.i post stuff too,and like 2 days later or so it seems lol no one comments but theirs like a gazillion views,like on my tutorial there was 117 views if i can remember till someone commented,thanks zap2it she was the first.i kind of hate that but ohh well.cant expect everyone to comment i guess lol.but its otays

don't get discouraged if no one comments. some of us have so much inner-monologue going that we don't always comment, even if we think it's pretty.
A lot of times, I'll look through the FOTD pictures and say "Wow" or "Goddamn, this girl is beautiful" and still won't comment. It's not necessarily a negative to not get comments. Frustrating, yes, but not always a bad thing.

actually, i kind of tried your tutorial yesterday. at first i was like "whoa this is too much.. her eye space must be bigger than mine" (I always think everyone's eye space is bigger than mine hehe), then i stopped and stood back and looked, and i really liked it!

it actually turned out really well and looked really hot!

so thanks for sharing it!!!

(i know i should have posted this in the tutorial, but what the heck... here is just as good! hehe)

I know exactly what your saying. It took me forever to put a FOTD on here for that reason. I never felt like I was heinous or anything like that, but after looking at all the gorgeous ladies on here, I felt very below average.

I used to think people were thinking bad things when they looked at me, I'm over that now, or just older... But now I'm much more confident walking into dillards and buying makeup. Because my makeup is just as good or better (more detailed) than some of the ladies selling there. Today I went into the dillards (no mac counter in this store) and got some clinique and managed to get a card and she wanted to sign me up for their calling list... Knowing how to make yourself look good certainly helps confidence, I mean I have always been fairly confident about my looks (minus teeth) but that feeling like I'm a poor redneck when I go shop at high end stores (well perhaps because I *AM* a poor redneck, LOL) - is not as bad now that I am good at doing my face. But some people here are just freaking awesome with theirs... I don't comment on FOTDs very often because my internet connection is 21k on a good day. Loading them is hell.

I agree...plus most of the time I forget...but I'm the lurker type on every board. I think but forget to type. I always say this place is full of celebs and super models...I'm always amazed by the beauty here. But I mean the ratio of comments to views is always low...someone's post may have like 50 replies but over 2,000 views...so it really doesn't mean anything.

I'm kinda scared to put up a FOTD, one of my reasons being similar to yours. I don't have much confidence at all when it comes to my appearance, so seeing all these pretty girls is a bit intimidating even though I know that it's a friendly forum and no-one is going to say something bad about me.
