Pro Creme Liner - how the hell do i use it?

Sorry if this this the wrong place to ask, but i just got the creme liner and i don't think i'm using it right.
is there a certain brush i should use?
do i get it wet?

i feel like such a n00b but i really have no idea.

I love this liner...I use MAC's 209, 212 or 266....I also use a Smashbox liner ...

I don't wet mine at all...I just get a good amount on the brush and it glides on pretty nicely

I use mine w/ a 210 or 266. You can use it wet or dry. I personally like to use it wet, it dries to a kind of shiny finish that way.
