If I'm nc30 on foundation is nw25 to dark or a concealer?

I personally use nw 20 for concealor along with nc30 foundation

Not at all, I'm using NW40 studio fix fluid and NC30 concealer and its tooo light, think Kim K on crack lol! I'm going to pick up NC35 instead. So NC30 and NW25 sounds good for you, although it won't be overly highlighted because the NW range seems to run a little lighter (EDIT: meant to say it runs a little darker sorry, I'm distracted watching storage hunters lol!)
