Pro Order Line going to Voice Mail?

I'm not a Pro-card holder, so I call the Estee Lauder/MAC Customer Service Line: 1-800-387-6707.

In any case, I've been trying to place an order for two days and in the multiple times a day I've called and pressed 6 (to place an order), it goes straight to voice mail.

Anybody know whats up? I mean, its not *urgent* or anything, I'm just wondering when they'll be back to taking orders.

Keep in mind they'll only pick up and accept orders during the following hours:
Monday-Thursday, 9-5
Friday, 9-1
That's also Eastern Time, so you may have to adjust depending on where you are.

Thanks, but I was calling during times they are most definitely *supposed* to be open.

Doesn't matter now, though; I finally got through!
