Pro Products on MAC website

I REALLY HATE THE NEW MAC PRO SITE WHEN YOU TRY AND SHOP ONLINE IT TAKES U TO THE MAIN MAC SITE YES IT HAS PRO PRODUCTS ON IT BUT IT DOESNT HAVE ALL THE PRO PRODUCTS!!!

i hate that i was looking to pick up face and body mixing medium but only water base mixing medium was there i wish all the stuff was on the site if they were gonna put it on there

maybe it will all be on their soon but who knows.

Oh man! I completely agree with you!! I was trying to look at the pro products the other day and was having so much trouble I just gave up

It's super inconvenient and confusing..

I was having the same issue and I called them and they told me you have to login. If you're a pro member you will see the pro items. HTH

I cannot stand the revamped pro crap! It IS confusing and annoying that some items that arent discontinued DONT show up, even when I'm logged in. It's so annoying...AND

I'm so mad I had all these items in my saved for later list so that when I go into MAC I just pull the page up on my phone and get what I need instead of what I want and it was a good system. Saved me loads of cash.

That whole list is GONE now. UGH MAC why?

I like the way the page looks when you first go to the site but I haven't logged in yet to look at any products or buy anything (makeup hiatus). Judging from everyone's thoughts, I probably won't like it. I just hope it doesn't delete my items that I had saved in my shopping basket. I better check it out now.

So I went on to the regular MAC website to check some things and there's a whole bunch of pro products up there. There's chromaline items, some ccb colors etc. I don't know if it is intentional or not, but I hope it is there to stay! I would love to have those products available all the time. But I was wondering if anyone else noticed this?

They've been gradually adding some pro products to the regular site and part of it probably has to do with the MAC+Fashion week/pro picks product promotion since a lot of the pro products are used during fashion week. Violetta is on there for the pro picks which makes me happy

I'll be able to get it in the regular black packaging instead of paying the extra $1 for the VV version.

I agree, I'm pretty sure it's because of there new "M·A·C + FASHION: PROS' PICKS" there are 4 different catagories to it. Hopefully they will keep doing stuff like this since they change MAC Pro's website and made it so only pro members can view the items.

I think they are going to consistantly launch collections a week early at Pro Stores and on the pro site. That's great for those of us with pro cards but if you dont have a pro card and you are just looking for a particular pro item what are you supposed to do? I agree with everyone else here the new site sucks.

hate it! It sucks for me because Im a Mac artist at a nordstrom and since we are not MAC payroll we have never been able to sign in to the pro site and now I cant even look at it

I agree - the new Pro site sucks big time.

I picked up Violetta l/s and Bottle green e/s and plan to pick up more Pro products when I can on the regular site.

There's no Pro store in my area at all - the closest one is NY and I won't be getting there anytime soon.

I was trying to navigate around the Pro site and gave up.

I'll just see what I can pick up on the regular site.
