problem

ok so i got my ipod stole and it was in a classroom so it was one of the people present, and by tomorrow lunch ive got to decide if i want anyone to go the police station and get properly interviewed make a statment etc, i have 2 suspicions but i am totally stuck on what to do

Me personally, I would go talk to the police. Remember, you leave the people you go to school with behind. And me personally, I would rather have my personal property returned to me instead of school friends. Maybe I'm materialistic but that's just how I am. I hope that it gets returned to you pronto and in great condition or that you at least get it replaced.

well the 2 people i think, i dont talk to and i NEVER see them outside of school but im just unsure about goin to the police nd accusing them because i think it is, i dont have any proof and today when they came in you have never seen people act so childish, 1 of the accused starting goin on about god its only a ipod and how over reacting is this gettin us interviewed and that etc, i was like its not affecting your life in the slightest

Not that I'd ever have anything that valuable at school (when I was still going!), but absolutely report the theft to the police. They most likely can't do that much - isn't there some sort of thing where theft only takes place when you see it happen? (as in walking down a street, someone snatches your handbag deal)

At least, that happened to me (in Australia, so could be different).

Besides, if the person/s who did take it think they can get away with taking an iPod, just imagine what other things they could move on to steal, or other crimes they could end up committing. Sounds like they're banking on people thinking it's idiotic to fuss over a lost iPod.

It's the principle of the matter! Dammit, don't people get that?!

yes well turns out i have until tomorrow to decide however i think im goin to do it as the boys in the class i have suspected were winding me up today goin 'oh anyone lost a ipod' well i dont like them much to begin with and they think they can mess with me and get away with it

and a no people are like oh its just a ipod but think again that is £200 or about 350 us dollars so its ALOT of money lol

god I hate people who does this they have no respect for other people's valuable things. Its JUST an ipod? like uhh it costs like almost 400 bucks. Its worth a lot so its worth trying to get it back because it belongs to you. stupid idiots!
