Prom Makeup Help

my friend requested for me to do her makeup for prom, and I would like to know what you all recommend would look nice with this dress

eyeshadows, blush, lips, etc.

my friends hair color and skintone is very similar to this :

except my friend has blue green eyes and freckles

i would love to hear all of your suggestions please! I don't want to make my friend look bad on her prom, lol

Hmmm... I would go for something classic. So when she looks in pictures later in life she can see how classy and beautiful she looked. Nothing too crazy. I would go with maybe a neutral eye with a bit of shimmer. Maybe "All That Glitters" and some "Twinks" in the crease.. and something dark in the outer v?? That's my go-to classy outing look. Maybe a bright pink lip or a red like Viva Glam Cyndi or Pink Nouveau with a clear gloss... I have green eyes and freckles too and this look always works for me and my complexion.

i agree with the post above since the dress is a lot of color and a lot of print i would keep the make up simple focus on perfecting the skin -- light to medium foundation and conceal where needed that powder and a light dusting of bronzer
for the eyes i would do a wash of brule all over and use a shimmery color like dazzlelight on the inner corner and under the brow
and take a liner like teddy or since her eyes are green something plumy and smudge it out lots of mascara and/or false eyelashes
for the cheeks a blush on the apples along the lines of pinch o peach or gingerly and a subtle highlight
and for the lips line them with summerfruit lip liner and just a tad bit of enchantress lip gloss or smile dazzleglass maybe even the new superglass in disco blend
