This is kinda half-assed because I just made it up as I went along, but whatever.

Please ignore the zits. Here are two pictures that are basically the exact same:

I forgot to use mascara...but fake eyelashes, obviously.
Greenplay LLL
Aqualine LLL
Rimmel white eyeliner
SFF in NC15
Studio Fix (a tiny bit but I should have used more) in N3
Even less concealer...but I should have used more, obviously. Studio Finish.
Dollymix blush
Immodest mattene l/s (I think that's the name)
Crystal Rose l/g
