I want to line my waterline and lashline with a purewhite eyeliner.

I have Frostline f/l but it's very golden-white and kinda sheer. Any suggestions?

MAC Fascinating Eye Kohl. Works WONDERS!

MAC FASCINATING eye kohl is a must have. Wet N Wild makes one as well, but the MAC one is a higher quality. After applying the Fascinating eye kohl on the waterline, I grab some MAC Gesso eyeshadow with a slanted brush and pack it right over the Fascinating. This will make it last longer. Do the same with Carbon e/s over black liner.

 I know stupid question here, but I've heard a lot of people do this with white. Why? What effect or benefit does it do?
Thank you.

It's supposed to make your eyes look bigger.

I think it comes down to preference and the look you want to achieve.

I love fascinating eye kohl to line my waterline in white, you can also opt for chanel's le crayon kohl, which is creamier but definitely has more pigment pay-off than Eye Kohls. You can try to set either with a matte white eyeshadow like it was suggested.

As for lining your waterline with a skin tone, I love MUFE's pencil concealer for this effect, it gives me a more bright eyed and awake look without making it overly obvious.

I tried Stila's Kajal Liner today at Sephora (the beige one) I gotta say girls, I'm reeeeeaaaallly lovin' it. I agree that it depends on what look your going for. I think this is great for when you are just going to grocery store, etc. and just want to brighten up your look.

I just got MUFE's pencil concealer. Definitely loving it! Its more subtle than a white pencil but still brightens up the eye.
