Question about UK website

Hi everyone. I'm from England.
I've only just started using Mac which I've been ordering from the UK website..
There's quite a lot of things that are out of stock that I'd like.
I emailed MAC about this and they said it's very limited because it's seasonal/promotional stock or something..
Anyways I was wondering.. do they often get new stock on their website? Is there any way to reserve it?
Sorry but it's been bugging me for ages.

Welcome aboard!
It depends on what products you're after as Mac tend to bring out a lot of limited edition collections so once they're gone thats it. If its not LE things then maybe order from the London Pro Store if its sold out online or you could try buying from here
