which cleanser would be best if i have flaky patches?

when my pimples or whiteheads goes down, it turns flaky. when i put foundation in those areas, it is still flaky. is there a cleanser that would get rid of the flakiness.

it not a cleanser you need it's an exfoliant. you need to cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturize your skin. the build of of skin is normal and is the body's way of repairing itself. exfoliate 2-3 times a week and don't forget to moisturize. there's a thread in this forum all about exfoliation, read it. 8)
