Didn't know if this is the appropriate place to post this..

but my question is in regards to using the creating a shipping label option for paypal..

for those of you that use paypal to create/print shipping labels (without someone sending you money for example on a swap)..

i know how to do that now.. but for the swaps i've done it's been US only.. and i'm doing a swap and it's from someone from canada.. and i have no idea how to make the shipping label as it only gives me these options:

* First Name:
* Last Name:
* Address 1:
Address 2:
* City:
* State:
* ZIP Code:

and the address looks like this:
but it's a canadian address and i have no idea how to put it? lol (omg can you say newbie haha)

because the address is something like this
name here
11-111 street name
Winnipeg, Manitoba
R3L 0G6 Canada

how to i make this label?

can someone help me?

When I ship internationally I just go to the post office. You have to do custom forms, which I think Paypal might print out, but I never wanted to risk it not being correct. Since it has to be dropped off at the post office anyway, I just do everything at the counter.

I know that doesn't really help you, haha. But I know if it was me personally, I'd just head to the post office.

thanks,

but i can't get to the post office all the time and this person wants me to ship it out at this specific date and i usually just have the carrier pick it up (scheduled via their website)..

paypal does print out the customs form - i just had to do one for someone who bought something from my sale, but that's another story because i don't know which one to post on the box (there were 4 labels that printed out)..

i never new how difficult shipping was internationally (for someone that's never done it).. i dont think i like this very much!

Yeah, it is a bit of a hassle, especially if you don't have the time to pop over to the post office.

I believe you can do it off the usps website? And print the shipping label off of there.

you can just go to the usps site and buy/print a label. but they only offer priority and higher options. but u also get free delivery confirmation and a lil discount for buying online.
