Question to Hauls

Hey Guys!

I'm totally new here, so I have a few questions to your hauls specifically.
Where do you buy your Mac pigments besides the Mac store of cause!
Can you give some ``secret`` websites that sell them? I'm really searching for full size Mac pigments and eye shadows. But I'm totally ok with sample sizes ,too as long as you can tell me the web site.

So, yeah any other Mac selling web sites are welcome as well.

I just get mine from mac. Before I worked there I often just swapped sample jars with people on specktra and ebay. You have to be really careful tho as there are so many fakers out there! xx

Besides places where you can buy samples, there's really no place else that you can by MAC besides stores, counters and cco's

It's really too dangerous to with all the fakes out there, most places with "discount MAC" are selling fakes.

Here's a couple of reputable sellers that sell sample sized pigments:

Makeup Geek View - pretty cheap!

Star's Makeup Haven - more expensive, but excellent range of colors esp. HTF and LE. Also does pressed pigments.

I've ordered from both these gals & give them 2 thumbs up!

Oh, you can also swap for pigment samples on: Makeupalley Swap

Have fun!

I was just looking for samples today, this is a good thread.

Just another thought - is a 1/4 teaspoon really enough to last more than one or two applications? This is for regular use, not packing it on.

Cheryl has samples that are 1/2 teaspoon, which fills half of a MAC sample jar. She's a member on here and she's really sweet. Some of the ones I have from her I use on a regular basis, and you can hardly tell I've used them. The good thing about pigments is a little goes a long way, so I haven't had problems running out of any of mine. Maybe it's just be, but I'd rather spend more money and get 11 sample jars than spend the same amount of money and get 2 full sized ones. There's no way I'll EVER use all of them.

I totally agree with the Makeup Geek recommendation - wonderful place to buy samples and the shipping was fast. Highly recommended!
