is it okay to wear eyeshadows without eyeliner and mascara?

i wear eyeshadows with my lashes curled but no eyeliner and mascara. i look weird with eyeliner even if i use eyeshadow powder as liner.

If you feel that it looks great on you, then why question whether it's appropriate or not? Do what you feel comfortable with.
