The color is similar, but the pigment (haha, get it?

)is a lot better, so it shows up brighter

I dipped my brush in and then smushed it around in the lid of the pigment jar (it makes it blend better, since the mattes can be a pain) and then packed it onto my lid. I used a flattish eyeshadow brush (Sonia Kashuk's medium e/s brush)
