Racer gal trying to be more "girlie"

I figured I should introduce myself because I'm sure I'll be asking questions later on. I didn't use to wear makeup at all. In fact, I honestly hated wearing makeup when I had to for formal events. It just seemed like it made my face feel oily.

I race cars and motorcycles so I'm the typical tomboy.

Most of my time is spent with a helmet on.

But I am trying to be more girlie. Don't get me wrong, I am very feminine, I am just lacking the makeup part. So I signed up on here to get some tips and I already looked through some of the tutorials. Simply amazing is all I can say!!

I was in the same boat up until last year (just wore eyeliner and chapstick every day) when a friend introduced me to MAC. This place is the absolute best for learning all the basics.

thank you for the welcome. We are similar, I just wear some eyeliner and mascara. My lips are really sensitive. I can't wear lipstick because it makes my lips chapped.

So I stick to chapstick.
