Raised skin colored bumps on skin?

Hey! So this is my first time posting, nice to meet all of you! Well to start off, I'm 15 and I have oily to combination skin. I wash my face day and night with a 2% salycilic acid wash. Since about 3 year ago, I've notice small skin colored bumps on my cheeks and forehead. There is no visible head and they are not inflamed or red. When I try squeezing (I know I shouldn't but it's so tempting!) the bumps on my cheeks, a white string of substance comes out. I'm incapable of squeezing the ones on my forehead though. I have researched keratosis pilaris and I can conclude that that is not my case. Has anybody else has this? Are they just normal whiteheads? How do I treat them? Thanks!

I'd recommend using a facial scrub 1-2 times a week. I think you'll see results in a few weeks. don't forget to tone and moisturize after. I hope this helps.
