Rec. a good "intense" eyeliner?

I love urban decay's black eyeliner. It gives that perfect intesity that I want in an eyeliner/kohl. However, it smudges sooo much! Just wondering if you ladies have any reccommendations for a good eyeliner that doesn't smudge and gives a great look?
(btw I already have mac graphliner i think its called, the kohl and i was dissapointed

I use Smolder eye kohl on my waterline everyday and it seems to stay put pretty well.

According to UD, the 24/7 liners stay creamy for 30 seconds after application and then dry waterproof. So, if you wait 30 seconds before touching where you put the liner, it may help at least until you can find a better more waterproof liner.

I've heard good things about Make Up For Ever's Aqua Eyes waterproof liner. But I've only used their white pearl one so I don't know how intense their black is. Good luck!!

I have MUFE liner pencil in waterproof black (Aqua eyes) and it is so bloody waterproof -and even hard to get off with cleanser or soap as well. Sephora also has their own waterproof version, I have tried this, but the pencil breaks very easily when sharpening, so much was wasted.

I say just go for blacktrack fluidline because it's waterproof. Or even Point Black Liquidlast. They are super intense and smudge proof/semi perminant ( you just need an oily make up remover to get it off...)

xQueenOfHeartsx, you are right. The 24/7 pencils aren't waterproof or smudge-proof at all.

I would like to give the MUFE waterproof pencils a try.

your best bet is liquid last liner form mac...really black and oh-so waterproof, smudgeproof, tear proof and atlantic ocean proof! and just one swipe of baby oil to remove it (regular removers wont work)...

i use stila smudgepot or loreal hip cream eyeliner in black and it stays all day and both are really black and intense.
but i dont use them on the waterline! they get to dry i think, perhaps thats not healthy i dont know, i dont want to try it..

for the waterline i have tried THOUSANDS of khols, kajals, pencils blahbahw

and most of them didnt work for me.
the best one for me are chanel!! and i really have to agree with MAKEBA!!
put some black eyeshadow over the eyeliner! that makes it stay soooooooo much longer. i actually got that tip a year ago or something, and it changed my life, lol. no longer buying new liners to test them.
i just use the chanel pencil and on top black shadow (NYX black), i use the 212 brush for it.

i think that would made even cheap liners stay longer!

I have blacktrack already, and it doesn't look too nice on the waterline, i just use it to line the bottom.. but that's a lot everybody! seems like i'll be getting the Makeupforever one, or atleast trying it!

the best eyeliner i have used does NOT come from any big name brand, but it work! I use Revlon or Covergirl and sometimes Maybelline and they work GREAT!

For the waterline, I sometimes just wet a liner brush with water and dip it into a black eyeshadow like carbon. Seems to last for me, and I definitely get an intense line.
