I would use MSF New Vegas for the cheeks and e/s Carbon for the eyes.

New Vegas or Shimpagne MSF on cheekbones
Shroom to highlight
Soft Brown in crease
Charcoal Brown (or Kid?) all over lid
Espresson in outer V
Carbon over Blacktrack to line

Gel L/S with maybe Subculture l/l? Or Creamola l/l??!

Lots of clear gloss

For the Lips try Sunsonic Lipstick (Neo Sci Fi LE) if you can still get it
if you cant try Tanarama or Gel Lipstick from MACs Perm Line
Top the Lipstick with a little C-Thru Lipglass

For the Eyes try
Espresso
Carbon
Patina
Soba Eyeshadows
