Who does your hair? Do you absolutely fall in love with it every time your visit your stylist? Has she got brains and personality? Fair prices? A cool salon? Well damn, we want to know who she is! SPILL!!!!!!

Personally, I've been all over San Diego since I moved here trying different salons and different stylists after leaving mine behind in Oceanside, but my favorite EVER hairstylist is

Kalin

(Kay-LYNN) at Seth's Chop Shop in Ocean Beach. The salon is an out-of-this world 50's throwback theme with a psychobilly twist. Kalin herself is a Paul Mitchell School graduate with a total one-up on her other co-workers. Kalin is young, hip, super edgy and sweet with a really colorful personality and style. She can do anything with hair, but loves to show off her creativity through intense color. Her prices are fair, and she really spends quality time getting to know you, your hair, and she listens! If you're looking for something totally new and fun, give her a call! And let her know that Nikki sent cha!

any in the Ventura County CA area... knows of a good stylist . LEMMIE KNOW!!! ive never ever gotten a good hair cut! I always end up having to come home and fix it myself. which I guess is a pro of going thru cosmo school.. but if i could take my hair off my head and cut it, id give myself the best haircuts ever.. lol that would be awesome.

My sister is my stylist. She's fantastic, too. If you're in the L.A. area, make an appointment with her. As a colorist, she has no equal. She's also good at fixing up what other stylists screw up on your hair.

There is the COOLEST retro salon in Burbank called Frenchy's Beauty Parlor. Only I don't know how close that is to Ventura...for some reason is sounds close. Maybe if it's a long drive you can just go once every 3 months or something. I've been meaning to check that place out for a LOOOONNNNG time.

Okay if you live in the Bay Area then there is an AMAZING stylist in San Bruno. Make sure you ask for THAMER, he's great and worth every penny. He's also a realyl sweet guy, very talkative and friendly so you'll have a good time sittin in the chair.
