Recommendations for a substitute black

I'm in love with Hard Candy's Galaxy from the Techno eyeshadow quartet. My sister has the palette, but refuses to let me use it or buy it. For the past year or so, I've been trying to find a suitable stand in that has the same depth of black while still maintaining the glitteriness. I found beauty marked a while ago, but I was wondering if anyone had any better suggestions.

I live in Vancouver, so I have hardly any chances to go to a Sephora.

The too faced duo ooh and ahh has a black glitter e/s and a silver glitter e/s in it. Both are really pretty, but I don't know where you can get too faced in Vancouver. I am in Victoria and Gloss beauty bar carries it. You can order off their website www.glossbeautybar.com. Hope that helps.
