I am quite pale (NC15) with olive skin. My lips are pigmented so I dont want anything that would darken them more...
Brown eyes, blonde hair.

I'm NC15(Studio Fix Powder Plus) with very pigmented lips(redish) as well! And I'm a sucker for pale lipsticks.

I'd say Hug Me! I'd also recommend Fleshpot, but it's been discontinued...

Using a Bubbles lipstick or Tanarama under/even over any bright/bold lipcolors work for pigmented lips like ours.
