For the first pic, I reckon the eye shadows used were either shroom/brule on the brow bone. & Mulch on the lids.

I'm not too sure about the other 2, I reckon for the last pic though, mulch was used for the creases, either amberlights/honesty used for lids?!?!?! But I'm not 100% sure.

I cant help with the blush/lips
