For the complexion, well perfection aside cuz she's airbrushed, just make sure it's clean and well applied. The focus here seems to be on the eyes.
For the eyes, my suggestion:
Apply a base, UDPP and MAC Graphito would work well here. Contour the crease with a neutral shade, Kid would work if your complexion is similar to hers. A subtle highlighting shade, Shroom perhaps, up on the browbone and a little bit in the inner corner to pop the eyes. Pack a charcoal color like Mothbrown if you have it on the lid, and a dark brown harshly in the inner crease, Embark perhaps with a light hand. Contour the crease and outer corner once again with a dark dark semi-black shadow, Print would work well here. The liner seems to be a heavy black pencil or gel, try Engraved powerpoint or Smolder eyekohl smudged well into the upper/lower lash and waterlines. Looks like she's got falsies on the top and bottom of the eyes. You can skip the falsies and layer on a thickening mascara after a great curl.
The cheeks, almost nothing. Maybe some light light contouring with a darker powder or foundation, and a blush just under the color you would natural flush. Mocha with a 187 and a light hand perhaps.
The lips, line and fill them with a natural lip liner and top of with a nude gloss (whatever nude/pink color works for your skintone)
