Seriously, if it were me, I'd put concealer all over the eye (I mix nw40 and nw45 right now for the summer), set it with powder and then apply cork or soba all over with the 217, then diffuse saddle from the crease up to the brow with the 224. Soft brown on the brow bone (since she's not really highlighting there). I'm C7 for reference.
Since she's more NW, saddle might be good for a lid color. If you have a matte bronzer, you could use that as your crease color. Something like the BB bronzer.
ETA: It's so funny to me when people post pics like this. They are so hard to recreate, at least for me. My first eyeshadows were the brightest, most shimmery colors. Neutral, nude, and no-makeup looks are much more challenging. As I get older, I love them more and more, though
