reserving products at the counter

can you reserve products at MAC counters before they come out? i'm really worried that by the time i get to MAC the day after Christmas, that really gorgeous new MSF will be gone

Same here, but a word of caution. Even though I know them and they are all absolute sweethearts and quite gracious, they have forgotten or misplaced a hold before. So it couldn't hurt to ask them to hold it before hand in person, then maybe call the day of the launch to verify it was done.

Your best bet would be to call up the counter the day after Christmas..or shortly after that & ask them to reserve it for you. If you ask them to ahead of time they may forget to hold one for you (especially since I'm sure every location is going to be super crazy this upcoming week).
