Returning question!

After I sent one of the Tailormade palettes to a friend she noticed that one part of the grey shade cracked and spread itself all over the other ones!

Can I just return it at my counter and get a new one in exchange? The problem is that I lost the receipt! I searched everywhere for it, I even searched in my trashcan!!

Woah, that sucks. I'd definitely give it a shot, especially if the staff recognise your face. I assume you don't always try to return things, so you'd think they would want to help. I really hope they offer a replacement, it's not as if it even got used before it broke.

If you don't have any luck at the counter call MAC Consumer Comunications as they will usually do something if your not happy.
