Revlon cream illuminate shadows

has anyone found these shadows to be dupes of macs paint pots?

the first color would be barestudy, the 2nd shade is rubeneqsue; the 4th shade for indian wood?

It goes beyond creasing for me... it's like they never dry! Yeah, there's a reason that the quads are $5.00...

I was also hoping they'd be good dupes but just no...

I had been eyeing the "Electric Pop" quad (the bright blue and chartreuse one), but after swatching it and leaving the swatches on my arm for a good half hour to find that they never dried...well, I'm not getting it.
