some blush the label's rubbed off of on the cheeks...bleh.

Eyes:

seashell pink on lids and browbones
earth on inner crease
antique copper on crease
starlight pink on browbones

maybeline lash exact on lashes
clinique liquid liner as liner with a pencil over it for depth.
