Right Gold Tone For Fair Skin?

First post, so sorry if I do anything wrong! I did look up this subject but couldn't find any info that answered my question precisely.

I'm trying to figure out the right tone of gold for fair skin with pink undertones. Are pale yellow golds best? Or more true golds?

Also, are there any "tricks" to making gold wearable on pale skin?

A deep bronzey gold or a more yellow based yellow gold?

I think you can wear any gold you desire as long as you wear it the right way

You could try amber lights or ricepaper shadows from MAC. two totally different shadows but both considered a type of "gold."

yes sorry I meant eyeshadow! I've tried Amber lights, but I find it to harsh on me, most colors with a bronze are. Thanks for your help anyway.
