I would wear this out in public. Yeah.
How I made all of this:
I found a blonde "mullet" wig (to be honest - this was the perfect cut for an 18th-early 19th piece) and did 1/2" curls all around in different directions and set it overnight. That same night I called 2 friends to help me create a life cast of my face to create the rice krispie mask. The next day I made the mask and let it set for 24 hours while I styled the wig into ringlets.

Makeup used:
MAC Studio Finish (Medium), Studio Finish Blush (Misty Pink), Eye Shadow (Electric Eel, Deep Truth, Freshwater, and Contrast), Lipstick (Ruby Woo), and gloss
Ben Nye Lumiere (Ice), Magicolor pencil (Maroon), and Clown White powder
Rimmel eyeliner, Mary Kay mascara, and individual fake lashes.
Was it worth it?
Yes.
