Romping- Is it Purple or Pink?

i really want to buy romping, but i'm not sure it's purple or pink.
ive looked on the site, yes it looks purple. then ive asked someone, they say its pinkish purple, and i saw another picture of it, and it looked pink, i just want some more feed back and i'm hoping you guys can help

also, can you buy an empty quad at a mac store that sells pro products, without being registered with the mac pro?

It's magenta, so halfway between pink and purple. The pink frost has a heavy blut tint to it, which is why it looks more purple in some photos than others.

ETA: Anyone can buy pro products from a bricks and mortar MAC pro store.

My counter didn't get all the C-Shock collection, and Romping was the one I was really lemming, and they didnt have it!

I just got Romping and love it. Lara is 100% right, it's a true magenta. On me it goes on kinda sheer, but it looks good that way, like kinda a wash but still bright. It hard to explain and in my opinion it's unique to any of MAC's other pinky/purple shades.

i was deciding really hard if i should get romping or not as well. i've bought 3 cheaper shadows trying to dup romping but it's not the same... i am disappointed with the fact that it's sheer and you'll have to pack it on to get the true c shock color payoff =( this is the same way i felt about bang on blue... maybe with udpp under it??????

I always use a eye primer and it's still sheer. I like it like that tho.

It's a fushia pink, or a pinker magenta (pinker than Endless Love if it had color payoff). Def. worth having.

yes, i think romping is a pretty color. it is more pink than purple imo.

well i ended up ordering it offline since they didnt have it, but i also got fab and flashy.

Romping is a poor man's Vibrant Grape . . . do yourself a favor and order Vibrant Grape from the Pro Store.
