let me start off by saying that russian red is the absolute best red lipstick color out there! i prefer it over rubywoo. anyways, i was just wondering what eye makeup looks good with russian red lipstick? it's so red and dramatic that i usually don't wear makeup on my eyes except for liner and maybe some neutral shadow. hilary duff is wearing some awesome red lipstick in her music video "wake up" and i didn't take the time to look at her eye makeup. hah thanksss

hmmm, i think if you're going with a bold lipstick colour, a good neutral shade on the eyes paired with some eyeliner would look good. i wouldn't do anything too dramatic on the eyes so that the focus stays on the lips and that way it's not so over the top as well. it's kinda like wearing smokey eye makeup with a nude or neutral lip colour, just reversed
