saline solution and teal pigment

okay...I know that teal isn't eyesafe, but I've never had any irritation from it. Thats my disclaimer haha.

anyways, I mixed a drop of saline solution with a bit of teal pigment today, and used my finger to apply it to my lids, and the blue sparkles that are usually invisible totally stand out!! It's so pretty.

haha just had to share that.

I'll bet it is beautiful!
Thats a trick I learned in my cosmetics class that you can basically use any eyedrops to do things like that & make liners of any powders

Any jar of Teal with a batch number, (the number on the bottom e.g. AB3 or A64), ending in a 5 is eye-safe. Any batch number not ending in a 5 means it's not eye-safe.

Basically a batch number ending in 5 means it was produced in 2005 and Teal was amongst a number of pigments reformulated in 2005 to be eye-safe.
