Sally girl eyeshadows

What do you think of these? I did a search and noticed that a few people have some of the Sally girl eyeshadows. I picked some up last week at Sally Beauty Supply and I'm impressed by them. I got Orange Crush and Brick. They were super cheap (I think they were $1.29 USD each), and these particular colors are nicely pigmented. You can attach them to each other to make your own sets.

Does anyone else like these shadows? Any recommendations for other colors to try? I know that a lot of times with the cheapie brands it can be hit or miss...some of the colors are great, but then others are not so great.

Lately, I have been very careful with makeup purchases because of news about quality issues with some Chinese-made toothpastes. I check labelling to find out where products are made. Some cheaper products, including the Sally Girl eyeshadows, are made in China.
