saw some DANSE !!!

Ok I was just at Macy*s and they are putting out their DANSE collection, but it won't be on sale until next tuesday dammit.

The colors are so pretty and airy. This will be my first time actually liking a mineralized skin finish - LIGHTSCAPADE is so pretty. It looks like a planet. As for they eye shadows, JETE caught my eye, I think I might have to get it. and the CREPES DE COULEUR Quad, it reminded me so much of the SWEETIE CAKE Quad, except for the fact that it's a little bit muted and there a color in there that reminded me of CLUB only darker. And CORPS DE BALLET Lipglass is so pretty. The pigments are pretty too, but I still have Azureal Blue I barley use it and i don't like the dark green pigment PASTORALE .RITE OF SPRING Eye Shadow reminded me of MOTIF but way more muted. I wish I stuck around longer to see it all but I didn't want to bother the girls at the counter.

JETE reminds me of IN LIVING PINK EYE SHADOW, from the Sundressing Collection. Or maybe even EXPENSIVE PINK EYE SHADOW. It just looks really close.

Oh really? Boo, I just got it off of an artist who didn't want it! I do hope it's more corally than In Living Pink... thanks for the description tho! I'll swatch this when I get it. =D

I played with the colors the other day while I was working at the PRO store...honestly, with the exception of the MSF's (which on me were either way too white or way too gold), the colors in this line, while very pretty, have been done before...I was expecting something else.

I know what you mean that's how I felt about it too,it was very pretty but it reminds me of other collections that have previously came out already, only these colors are a bit more subtle and muted down, I just really want to buy the Corps De Ballet Lipglass it looked so pretty, and I want to try on the Lightscapade MSF, everything else I think I will pass on, I really want the ICON Collection coming out next year, it looks so pretty, so I better start saving.

I just got my Jete in the mail and it's quite pretty! I can see some people passing, tho, as it isn't an extraordinary colour. It doesn't compare much in colour to In Living Pink, but it does have similar texture and application. I tried Jete on with ILP and Brill and it looks quite pretty (if I can say so!). Jete is definitely not pink like ILP, more coral... but I wish it was darker, kinda like I wished ILP was darker. Goes with the light, airy theme, tho.

I'll take pics tomorrow b/c I've got my final final paper to do for midnight.

It is very pale, minty almost.

There are swatches around somewhere.

I did like the sound of it, but looking at the swatches, I'm not sure. I quite like the idea of doing the ice queen green thing, but I don't wear Zonk Bleu! enough as it is, so I'm not sure... I'd probably be better off getting a full Teal TBH!!
