I've been wearing makeup since I was 13, so for about 7 years. I just recently got into MAC, thanks to my lovely sister, Meagan. I've always just used neutrals. I'm a sucker for taupes, so my eyeshadow collection is very small and contains only a few browns, and a few taupes. I've just very recently learned to master the 'smokey' eye, (Thanks to an awesome tut here on Specktra!) and I love the way it looks. Now after starting my MAC addiction, I've came across some of the most beautiful colors of eyeshadows. I would love to have them..but..I'm scared of color! HELP!
How on earth can I ease into using a little color on my eyes?! I just want maybe a small pop of color somewhere in my shadow, but where do I start? How do I pick a color to wear that day? Are colors of shadow and your clothes supposed to match, or not match? Any advice is certainly welcome here. Help me get over my no-color sickness!
