Scented polishes....

I know this is a long shot, but...

I had this apple green clear polish with silver glitters, free with Sugar magazine in 1998 or thereabouts which smelt of sharp apples for a day or two when dry. (At the time you could get a pale pink coconut free as well, which I totally should have got!!)

The most astonishing polish I have ever held in my mitts had the last scrapings mopped out with a paintbrush about 5 years ago, and I never got a photo.

(The bottle was a flat rectangle, quite large for a freebie with a black lid.)

I also have a brandy butter scented pearl white, rum scented purple and ginger scented manky green (Don't know what brand these are but they are all the same, they were from a PDSA shop. lol I can look if anyone wants..?) and an unknown scented black..

Can anyone recommend any scented polishes, I'm not hugely fussed about the polish quality or colour, it's the scents I am after.

OR!!!! If anyone still has either of the bottles which came with that magazine waaay back when and is willing to part with them for cash/swap please PM me?

i cannot think of any off the top of my head but do know that scented polishes are still sold.

that is random! I used to have that polish! Unfortunately, I chucked it a fair while ago, It got all claggy and gross.

A few months ago Revlon released a couple of scented polishes - I have one, and when dry it smells faintly of synthetic mango...not unpleasant, just not really naturally mango-y lol! I hope you can still find them!

Bon Bons (which are sold at Wal-mart) have a set of fruit scented polishes for $5. (they're minis)
