School dance- Recs that look good w/ outfit?

Hey,
I have a school dance coming up on Saturday the 27th. I'm not sure what kind of makeup look to do with my outfit.

Here's a picture of the whole outfit:

...aaand a closer look at the skirt (which hits about an inch or two above my knees):

...Oh yeah, and this is what I look like (with makeup, but hopefully you get an okay idea. My eyes are kinda on the small side/deep set/hooded-ish?):

I will also wear silver heels to the dance, just in case that affects how I should wear my makeup (maybe more cool/silvery tones than warm/golden tones?

I'm good at applying makeup, so you don't need to worry about whether a certain application technique is too difficult for me! If I do find it difficult, I can just learn how to do it via YouTube tutorials

I have 2 ideas:

1) shimmery champagne on lid, darker brown in crease, winged black eyeliner... and very red lips
2) Royal blue winged eyeliner (really dramatic) and almost inexistant eyeshadow (to really put the focus on the eyeliner) and corally pink lips
