Well you could go for something easy and get long layers and a swide swept fringe. It'll add more movement, texture, and structure to your hair. The picture Jaim postd is a good one. That cut is alomost like a shag but not because the ends have a lot of texture.
You could also go a little more stylish with a more face framing fringe like this since you have good face shape since your face seems to be heart shaped in your picture:

You don't ahve to get the ends like that. To compliment it though I'd simply get some long layers. But gettting a fringe like this is a lot more work since you need to get monthly trims to maintain the style.
I'd bring your hair length up to little longer than shoulder length. Sometimes when hair is too long it looks kind of heavy.
