Please excuse the fact that right now I am using a camera phone to take pics, so they're not that great. And my terrible hair... its 4 am, I had a miterm I needed to study for, and am too stressed to sleep LOL. Okay, so I just got the Paula Dorf "Once Upon a Dream" eye kit, and I am in LOVE.
The eye kit itself... hopefully seeing this will give you a better idea of what the colors on my eyes *should* look like. Here is what I did with it:
Lightest color (called Heavenly), as a wash/base all over the eyelid follow by the second color, a light blue called nymph, on the eyelids. The middle color which goes on me like a tropical green/blue (my fave of the five) called Dreamboat is in the crease and on my lower lashline, with the lighter purple, amethyst on the outer v. I lined my top eyelids with the darker purple (Sea Cruze), used dry. Viola, a gorgeous look. I wish my phone camera could do it justice. On my lashes is my staple Chanel Brown Mascara (cils a cils).
For the rest of my face, I tried the sample I got of the Lola cosmetics sheer foundation from sephora in bisque. Color was perfect, but I wouldn't recommend it. It smells bad and does to little to be worth the price. Also, my *fave* Nars Orgasm blush, and chanel lipgloss.
Thanks for looking, and again, sorry about the pic quality. It really is a very nice eye look, and a great palette. The colors go well together, and I'd recommend it
